When your order ships
Orders ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Everything is made to order, though we usually keep at least one ready to go, so many orders leave sooner.
How shipping is priced
Shipping is paid by the customer and is calculated in your cart from the size and weight of your parcel and your destination. You choose between two services and see the price before you pay:
- Standard is Australia Post Parcel Post for Australian addresses and Australia Post International Standard overseas.
- Express is the faster Australia Post option for your destination, at a higher price.
Delivery times are set by Australia Post. They publish estimates for each service, and these are not guaranteed.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number once your order has been posted.
International orders
Choose your country in the cart to see prices. If your country is not listed, email us and we will see what we can do.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping. They are set by your country's authorities and are payable by the recipient. We cannot tell you what they will be, so it is worth checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We post to the address you enter, and we cannot change it once an order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may need to cover the cost of sending it again.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the time Australia Post estimated, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, photos of the parcel and the contents. We will work it out with you and the carrier. See our returns and refunds policy for your rights.
Payment and prices
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is by card through Stripe, and we never see your card number. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is included in our prices.
